  • Can I bring my family?

    Family and friends will love the resort and the conference, so invite them to join you! There are different types of passes available based on the level of participation they'd like to have. 


    • Spouse or Guest Full-Conference Pass
    • Awards Dinner Pass
    • which includes: access to the opening and closing evening celebrations on Saturday and Tuesday, Keynotes/General Sessions and the expo hall on Sunday and Monday. Please note that guests are those individuals who are not in the industry and must be 18 years of age or older.

  • When will convention & hotel registration open?

    Registration will open the week of January 5, while housing can be reserved immediately! Our hotel block closes on May 2. Lock in your $139/nt rate - now. 


    Convention Rate Tiers:

    1. Early-bird rates: January 5 - March 18
    2. Advanced rates: March 19 - May 13
    3. Onsite rates: May 13 - June 7
